Our B2 Upper-Intermediate German course shifts you from competent speaker to confident, nuanced communicator able to tackle complex topics and interact fluently with native speakers.
Vocabulary Growth to 4 000 + words encompassing media, politics, environment, science & technology, education, and cultural discourse.
Advanced Grammar
Futur II, passive in all tenses, participle clauses, noun–verb collocations, extended Konjunktiv II (hypotheticals & indirect speech), and nominalisation techniques for academic style.
Communication Mastery
Lead discussions, argue for or against proposals, negotiate solutions, and give structured presentations.
Manage formal and informal registers, adapt tone, and handle culturally nuanced situations.
Listening & Reading
Authentic podcasts, documentaries, and newspaper editorials; excerpts from novels or specialist periodicals.
Writing
Well-structured argumentative and expository texts, formal correspondence, project proposals, and concise summaries of complex material.
Exam Preparation
Integrated training for Goethe-Zertifikat B2, telc Deutsch B2, or ÖSD Zertifikat B2 with regular mock components.
On completion, you will communicate spontaneously and effectively, comprehend detailed content on both concrete and abstract subjects, and meet the linguistic requirements for academic study or professional roles in German-speaking environments.
